Please fill out the form below for all who will be attending the Swim Banquet on Monday, July 13 at 5:30pm (dinner served 5:30-6:30pm). Monday, July 13, 2026; Time: 5:30-8pm; dinner will be served 5:30-6pm; Location: United Methodist Church (129 Woods Mill Rd Manchester, MO 63011); We will be serving Pasta House chicken parmesan, pasta with marinara sauce, pasta con broccoli, salad, rolls and dessert. Guests 13 and older – $22; Guests 12 and under – $12; Picnic (bring your own or not eating Pasta House) – no charge. Invoices will be produced on or around 7/8 and will be payable at CoolDell.com. No refunds once invoices are created. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE BANQUET. Email [email protected] with questions.

Adults and Children 13 and older

$22: Pasta House chicken parmesan, pasta with marinara sauce, pasta con broccoli, salad, rolls and dessert.
